The client needed access to the same high-quality enrichment data as leading platforms, but didn’t want another standalone tool or workflow. Their reps were losing time bouncing between apps and manually copying data, and leadership wanted data to flow straight into Outreach and Salesforce fields -- fully mapped, always up to date, and controlled on their terms.

We engineered a lightweight, secure extension that integrates natively into Outreach’s UI, preserving the natural workflow for reps. Our AI enrichment agent leverages multiple data providers and APIs, aggregating research and pushing updates in real time. We worked closely with stakeholders to define required field mappings, ensure data quality, and align user permissions—so every update lands exactly where it’s needed, every time.

We developed a custom Outreach extension (tile) that lives in both account and prospect views, letting reps run AI-powered enrichments with a single click. The extension pulls data from LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM, web research, and more, then pushes it directly into mapped Outreach and Salesforce fields. This ensures seamless data capture and consistent enrichment, right where the team works.
