The client needed to level up their revenue operations and outbound sales but wasn’t ready to pay for bloated consulting packages or expensive automation tools. Their existing processes were manual, inconsistent, and not scalable, resulting in missed targets and lack of pipeline visibility. Leadership needed a proven playbook and repeatable systems, but also demanded flexibility, transparency, and full ownership of the resulting assets.
